Welcome to Math Analysis.

In addition to the Khan Academy assignments, "textbook homework" will be assigned this semester. Although the assignment is listed as specific problems for students to complete, students are also expected to read the textbook section that leads up to those problems, and they are responsible for the material contained in those sections.

Students are expected to attempt the assigned problems, and, as with the online assignments, to put in a good-faith effort to complete them. The problems will be reviewed at the beginning of the next class, and students are expected to correct their own work. If a student still cannot complete an assignment, it is that student's responsibility to seek help -- from the teacher, the Study Center, or anywhere else.

The list of "Objectives" provided on this website now includes the definitions, properties, and techniques students are expected to learn as part of the textbook assignments.
